Better business needs positive change
Outcome is usually defined as a change in human behavior that leads to business impact. Questions to ask: What would happen if we rethink this definition by replacing "business impact" with "positive impact to people and planet?" How can we create metrics where we acknowledge any resources we might take from the earth or from the labor force? How can we adjust and adapt our OKRs with the new outcome in mind?
Example:
Have you ever thought of the planet or the society as one of your stakeholders? What if your outcomes benefited the very substrate we live on? For example, can you reframe at least one of your Key Results as the reduction of environmental impact or better societal influence - in a way that also benefits business?
